Gozan Lodge Myoko's bar and Restaurant specialises in Organic wine, Japanese Craft Beer, original cocktails , and tasty afternoon après snacks, predominantly crafted from organic ingredients. Our restaurant serves cozy mix of western and japanese meals that are delicious and warming after a day on the slopes. Fresh produce and meats are sourced 100% from Japan and certain ingredients such as ginger and yuzu are grown on our regenerative agriculture farm - "Kyosei Farm Shimanto". The bar has been fitted with locally felled Sugi (Japanese cedar) Tree slabs and is furnished with a variety of cozy nooks and large fireplace to set the ambience of a true chalet holidaya

Before your short walk to the line for first lifts, We offer complimentary hearty buffet breakfast from 7-8:30. After your day on the slopes, relax at the fire with Après available from 3pm. Dinner is set menu dinner from 6:30. We try to provide a variety of organic seasonal vegetables in our dinner menu, which we found sorely missing from many peopls diets while travelling in Japan during winter.

Private groups dine as a Family alpine chalet Style. We hope our guests can have a lovely meal and hearty conversations with family, friends, and other Gozan lodge Guests. 

For catered chalet packages, all dining and bar is exclusive to guests.

Gozan lodge is closed to outside guests for winter unless specifically noted on our social media accounts

The Bar opens from 4pm. Small bites are available from the Apres Menu of the day.



Dinner of the day will be announced at Breakfast.
